Freedom to flow with Anantara

Are you a stranger to jealousy? Envy is beneath you? It’s time to put your composure to the test. Read on and try not to feel a spike of spite by the time you reach the end of this story.

Begin with a free flow of Champagne. Sounds good, doesn’t it? How about cruising some of the world’s most scenic waters on board a private luxury yacht? Yes, we’d like that too. And what would you say if we took both and combined them together in one, irresistible package?

Yes, it is irresistible but it’s also quite real – it is called The Krug Cruise and is available at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas and Anantara Layan Phuket Resorts. Available, to everyone – that is everyone with a day off and THB 520,000 to spare.

For that price, you and 11 of your friends can hop aboard 90-foot Sunseeker yacht named Major Affair and cruise the waters around Phuket with their limestone karst islands, which can be admired along the coast of Krabi, Railay Bay and Phang Nga Bay. Sunbathing on the pristine white sands of uninhabited Bamboo Island, snorkeling in Hin Klang, experiencing the playful antics of Monkey Beach, admiring the ship drawing of Viking Cave and swimming in ‘The Beach’ film location of Maya Bay are all part of the program. The Krug Cruise can be tailored to each group’s preferences. The captain cruises for up to four hours and anchors according to each group’s whims and pleasures.

The price includes return transfers to and from the resort and the marina, breakfast and a sumptuous lunch on board plus, maybe most importantly – free flowing Krug Champagne served all day long.

As for the boat itself, the 28-meter Sunseeker 90 has been uniquely designed to maximize outdoor space. Providing entertainment with panoramic views, the impressive Flybridge features a wet bar. Guests can drift between sunbathing, meal times and relaxation with two dining areas and two large sunpads on the generous deck. An expansive swimming platform easily accommodates a 4.6 metre tender, leaving the sundecks uncluttered for easy water sport access.

Jealous? We are.
